You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of its receipt, without giving a reason. The returned product must be unused, in its original condition, and have all tags and original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method that was used during the purchase.

All our products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they have not been used, still have their original tags, and are in an undamaged condition.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. In Poland, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, and express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. In Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, and France, standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. After the shipment is dispatched, the Customer receives a tracking number.

How much is shipping?
The cost of standard delivery in Poland is PLN 20, while express delivery is PLN 65. For orders over PLN 500, we offer free standard delivery.
In Germany, the delivery cost is €11, and for orders over €115, delivery is free. In Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, and France, the delivery cost is €15, and for orders over €115, delivery is free.
